Fort Dunlop
Giraffe's positioning and promotion of the prestigious Fort Dunlop office and retail development achieved the following results:
- Within 9 months all of the units had been let – more than two years ahead of Urban Splash's already ambitious schedule.
- Just 100,000sq ft of space remains from 350,000sq ft – let in less than 12 months.
- The publicity included 274 press cuttings, 14 radio and five TV news features.
- Excluding TV, radio and web, the AVE equivalent for print alone over the period came to £339,125.

Optima Community Association
Giraffe's creation of a name (Flexibuy), identity and integrated marketing campaign for Optima's new financial product achieved the following results:
- 1,000% increase in properties let and sold.
- 400% increase in visitors to the open weekends.
- 800% increase in the number of purchasers ready to commit to purchase.
- 30% of the properties are already taken, with a further 10% close to approval – compared to a 0% conversion rate prior to the activity.
- Generated £4,995 worth of sales for every £1 invested.
Wolverhampton Development Company
To mark the official release of Wolverhampton Development's three year business plan, Giraffe launched WDC's 'Vision for Wolverhampton' at an event in the city, achieving the following results:
- More than 100 guests attended including partners,
stakeholders and potential investors in the city. - A new promotional video, produced by Giraffe,
was premiered at the event. - Helicopter tours of the city were made available to journalists and VIPs.
- The story led on BBC Midlands Today and Central News lunchtime bulletins and was a main feature in the evening bulletins.
- Other coverage included BBC Radio WM, Express and Star and Birmingham Post.
